“Scalandrino” is the name of a rustic ladder that farmers used to climb over hedges and fences. This smooth and fruity wine is the result of an accurate selection of our Vermentino grapes. After a soft crushing the grape juice is stored in oak casks to ferment. Five months of aging in French oak barriques follow. This light touch of wood exalts the typical scents of the Vermentino vine.
